Machines and solutions that we present to you
Tackling the skills shortage effectively. Boosting productivity.
The PPcobo collaborative packaging robot handles the packaging of folded outserts, taking the strain off your staff at the end of the production line. Instead of routine manual tasks, the focus is on value-adding activities. This allows you to utilise existing staff resources more efficiently and lay the foundations for productive, future-proof manufacturing.

The only limit is the roller diameter..
Digital printing is transforming the production of pharmaceutical package inserts. Our solution enables the direct processing of roll-fed material and creates an end-to-end workflow from printing to the finished product. Together with established partners specialising in roll-fed processing, we demonstrate how digitally printed roll-fed material can be seamlessly and efficiently integrated into the folding process. This ensures maximum flexibility, reduces turnaround times and improves cost-effectiveness.
Pre-folded leaflets without compromise.
High-quality, pre-folded package inserts are crucial for a smooth packaging process at your customers’ premises. Our Pharmaline has been specially developed for this purpose and enables cost-effective multi-sheet production. Thanks to precise folding technology and clean pressing, the result is pre-folded inserts with high dimensional accuracy and excellent quality – ensuring maximum process reliability for pharmaceutical companies.

Automation for pharmaceutical production.
Automatically adjustable folding pockets and rollers minimise the need for manual set-up. Recurring jobs can be set up in seconds and deliver consistent quality right from the very first sheet. This saves time, reduces waste and makes production more cost-effective, even for small batch sizes.

Arrival
Rottweil has around 25,000 inhabitants and, as the oldest city in Baden-Württemberg, is deeply rooted in history. It was founded by the Romans in 73 AD as Arae Flaviae and was the only Roman city in present-day Baden-Württemberg to receive the privilege of a municipium (city rights). As a strategically important junction on the Neckar River, it was a center of Roman administration and culture. Today, Rottweil is primarily known for its medieval cityscape with its characteristic oriel windows and as a stronghold of the Swabian-Alemannic Fasnet (carnival). The city is attractively situated between the Black Forest and the Swabian Alb. A modern contrast to antiquity is the 246-meter-high TK Elevator test tower, which houses the highest visitor platform in Germany. The Dominican Museum preserves the Roman heritage, including the famous Orpheus Mosaic, and brings the city's more than 1950-year history to life. rottweil.de
